Fans come first for Spotify’s hottest tickets

BACKGROUND

Following the popularity of the first wave of Spotify Live concerts, Spotify sought to reward loyal fans with exclusive ticketing pre-sales. As a Spotify Global Preferred Production Partner, Hydric was engaged to create a platform that could support these pre-sale events through the production of ticketing portal microsites.

GOAL

To develop a platform for building ticketing portals for Spotify Live events. 

The platform needed to accommodate visual changes, support multiple languages and allow for optional gated pre-sale access for Premium users.

SOLUTION

A CMS-driven platform capable of rapidly producing on-brand and localized ticketing microsites that automatically transition between different stages of the pre-sale process. 

With in-depth analytics, microsites created by the platform also offer meaningful insight into how users are driven to each site and how they interact with it. 

So far, Hydric has utilised the platform to support pre-sale events for ¡Viva Latino! Live, RapCaviar Live in the US and Front Left Live, A1 Live in Australia.
